Shipping & Handling

Handling and Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. If you need to make a change to the shipping address, please feel free to reach us directly via telephone or e-mail. Making changes to the shipping address might delay your order. We are not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. All orders placed after 2:00pm EST (Monday - Friday) will be processed the following day. Regretfully, no orders will be delivered on Saturdays, Sundays or to P.O. boxes.

Our chocolate will ship via 1 - 3 day mail service due to its perishability nature. Shipments will only be delivered to a street address. Shipments returned due to an incorrect shipping address will require an additional charge for reshipment. 

Delays may occur during transit. We are not responsible for late shipments due to weather conditions, product availability, national holidays and other factors.

Tracking Information
Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been processed and shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email that will contain a tracking number and link to help you track your package. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to become active. If for any reason, you do not receive a tracking number within 2 - 3 business days, please contact us directly.

Shipping rates are determined based on the order amount and shipping class selected during checkout per the tables below. To ensure that your order arrives in excellent condition during the warm weather months (May - September), please note that we will only ship 1 - 2 days Express and an additional fee of $6 will be added to your order for insulated packaging.
